• Provide and improve our services, including sending domain expiry notifications via email or Pushover.
• Manage your account and subscription plan.
• Process payments through our payment provider, Stripe.

WhoisXML API: When querying domain expiry information, we only share the domain name with WhoisXML API. No other personal information (such as your email or Pushover keys) is shared.

Resend: Your email address is shared with Resend, our email service provider, solely to deliver email notifications.

3. Third-Party Providers

KeepMyDomains.com uses the following third-party services, which may handle specific personal data as described:

• WhoisXML API: Receives domain names to perform domain expiry lookups. No other personal information is sent.
• Resend: Receives your email address to send domain expiry notifications.
• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. KeepMyDomains.com does not store your credit card or other payment details, only a reference to your Stripe account and subscription plan.
• NextAuth: Provides secure authentication for user accounts.

These third-party providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of your personal data, and KeepMyDomains.com is not responsible for their compliance.

4. Data Retention

Your personal data, including domain names and notification settings, will be retained for up to one year after either of the following conditions are met:

• All domains on your account expire and are not renewed.
• No new domains are added to your account.

After this period, your data will be automatically deleted unless required by law or for ongoing service provision.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal data, including your domain names, email, and Pushover keys, will be permanently erased from our systems.
